Red wine and clear alcohols generally have less impact on glycemic variability, and this will help while striving to improve body composition.
- Eat whole foods and avoid processed foods.
- Avoid fruit juices and other types of sugary beverages. Many of these so-called healthy juices are packed with sugary-carbohydrates that elevate blood sugars and insulin response, making fat loss more difficult.
